Aw another precious little guy was welcomed into this world the day I came back from vacation. Right before leaving town I met up with his mom and big sister for a maternity session and was so excited to hear the news he arrived the day I returned from vacation. His auntie is actually my friend/neighbor and I took Adam’s cousin’s newborn photos a year and a half ago.

Another precious little guy. Baby P was just 2 weeks old when I met him for his newborn photos. Even though most my tiny little clients seem to fuss at the beginning of our sessions, they all seem to finally get into the grove of things and are happy as can be.

So tiny and sweet, one of my favorite things about working with newborns is listing to all the little grunts and sounds they make as they try to settle down just before falling asleep. This precious little guy is just two weeks old and even though he was such a sleepy boy he showed his little smiled.

Remember this little guy? His birth was my first session in 2010. I have been meaning to post his photos on my blog but only got as far as posting a few on Facebook and Flickr. I absolutely adore photographing newborns and little Robert let me come play for a couple sessions (once alone and then with the family)

Meet baby Jackson. I had a chance to photograph this precious little guy yesterday. He was not much of a fan of the camera but loved the lamb skin. I think he looks like a little angel. All he is missing are the wings =)

Brand New Preston

Its been so long since I had a change to play with a brand new baby. This little guy is just 2 weeks old. It wasn’t long ago that I met with his mom for maternity photos. He was bright eyed during most of our session but loved the fuzzy blankets so would take little cat naps when I left him alone.

A new prop: A dear friend of mine made this for me. This was the first time using this little hat. I love the color.

So Peaceful: This little hat was made special by a friend. At this point I wore out this little guy and he was taking a nap.

The Wagon: I have been wanting to use this for a session and finally got a chance

Sophia Joy ~ 9 Days Old

Meet little Sophia. She was born on the exact same day as my second daughter. That is what I call a great birthday This is my first newborn session completely outside but luckily her mom and grandmother were adventurous. I will post a few more later but here is a little preview.
