There is something about the first rain that just brings Sonoma County to life. I love the smells and watching the yellow/brown hills change colors and show their first signs of green. The only down side is that it makes for planning outdoor sessions a little unpredictable. I had to reschedule a couple times with the K family because of the rain but in the end we managed to get together just the day after some rain fall. Their property in Graton was absolutely gorgeous, full of beautiful colors and textures. Definitely a fun session with a wonderful family and two cute little ones
